- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cups solidified blended veggies (peas and carrots)
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups hamburger juices
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cups destroyed mozzarella cheddar
Instructions:
- Dark colored the ground hamburger and onion in an enormous skillet until never again pink, channel any overabundance fat.
- Return skillet to stove top and include the tomatoes, blended veggies, rice, hamburger stock, oregano, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Mix until consolidated and bring to a light bubble. Diminish warmth to a stew, spread and let cook until rice is delicate (around 17 minutes).
- Lighten rice with fork and top with the mozzarella cheddar. Spread with the cover for around 3 minutes to allow cheddar to liquefy. Sprinkle with parsley whenever wanted. Appreciate!
