Ingredients:
Sugar coated Pecans
- 1 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoons pressed light dark colored sugar
- 1/2 cup walnut parts
- squeeze salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup additional light tasting olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Serving of mixed greens
- 10 ounces crisp child spinach - washed, dried and attacked scaled down pieces
- 1/4 little red onion, cut
- 1 quart crisp strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 cup crisp blueberries
- 1/2 avocado, cut into reduced down pieces
- 1/2 (5 ounce) bundle blue cheddar disintegrates

Instructions:
- Spot a silpat tangle or a sheet of material paper on the ledge to dry the walnuts.
- In a little skillet over medium warmth liquefy spread. Include walnuts, sugar and salt. Mix until walnuts are all around covered. Mix until the sugar caramelizes, around 3-5 minutes.
- Spread onto silpat or material paper. Separate walnuts. Permit to cool.
- In the interim: in a small artisan container consolidate dressing fixings. Seal and shake until very much consolidated. Put aside on the counter.
- In a huge bowl consolidate the spinach, onions, strawberries and blueberries. Pour around 1/2 of dressing over serving of mixed greens, and hurl. Top with avocado, cheddar and sugar coated nuts. Serve remaining dressing as an afterthought.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving (or serve right away).
- Present with the rest of the dressing as an afterthought. Appreciate!
