Ingredients:
5 slices sandwich bread
100 grams bolognese sauce

Instructions:
- Cut bread into two slices to make 2 triangles.
- Arrange bread slices in a circle and press surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 3 minutes at 250 degrees C.
- Spread with bolognese sauce and crack an egg in the middle. Top with cheese and bake for 7 minutes at 250 degrees C.
- Top with prosciutto and baby greens and serve immediately.
